1、測點選擇偏差

運行人員對測點的選擇。主控人員對液位測點的選擇直接導致液位與實際有偏差（吸收塔上，下各有2個測點，高度差2米，通過壓強可以計算出液位），通過液位選點能調出9種吸收塔密度與液位，尤其是吸收塔測點偏差比較大的時候，調點導致液位顯示差距非常大，失去了液位參考價值。

1）除霧器沖洗是吸收塔主要的進水量，為保證除霧器效果，避免除霧器差壓變大結垢，甚至坍塌，一般控制8小時沖洗兩次，這個屬于可控范圍。
